In order to best serve the congregation of LBPC, we are requesting that you complete this brief survey.  The Session/Community Outreach Committee would like to increase member participation and attendance for these worthwhile programs by appealing more to member suggestions and interests.  We welcome your feedback.  Please check the box to indicate your preferences for each of the three categories and also indicate which category (or categories) is/are most preferred by you and your family.
