To order a poinsettia for the Sanctuary for the Christmas Eve Service, please indicate below your
choice of wording for the bulletin.  Please place this order form in the offering plate or return it to the
Church Office. The cost will be $15.00   Checks may be placed in the offering basket on Sunday or
mailed to: 101 Old Kennett Rd., Wilmington  DE 19807.

Kindly make checks payable to Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church and mark your check,
"for poinsettias."
